Jeho n\u00e1zov je skratkou pre Silver Age Silver Sage Initiative a jeho cie\u013eom bolo podpori\u0165 vekovo citliv\u00e9 pr\u00edstupy k nepretr\u017eit\u00e9mu odborn\u00e9mu rozvoju star\u0161\u00edch u\u010diacich sa a pracovn\u00edkov.<br>Hlavn\u00fdmi cie\u013emi projektu bolo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>posilni\u0165 postavenie starn\u00facej pracovnej sily prostredn\u00edctvom v\u00fdvoja inovat\u00edvnych strat\u00e9gi\u00ed odbornej pr\u00edpravy, ktor\u00e9 mo\u017eno \u00faspe\u0161ne uplatni\u0165 v r\u00e1mci kontinu\u00e1lneho odborn\u00e9ho rozvoja (CPD) pre zamestnancov vo veku 50+, ako aj v programoch odborn\u00e9ho vzdel\u00e1vania a pr\u00edpravy pre akt\u00edvnych dospel\u00fdch uch\u00e1dza\u010dov o zamestnanie;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rozv\u00edja\u0165 pr\u00edstupy k vzdel\u00e1vaniu a kontinu\u00e1lnemu profesijn\u00e9mu rozvoju zoh\u013ead\u0148uj\u00face vek s cie\u013eom akt\u00edvne zapoji\u0165 star\u0161\u00edch pracovn\u00edkov a uch\u00e1dza\u010dov o zamestnanie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Projekt sledoval svoje ciele prostredn\u00edctvom:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>presk\u00famanie existuj\u00facich pr\u00edstupov a s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00e9ho stavu vzdel\u00e1vania zoh\u013ead\u0148uj\u00faceho vek, pokia\u013e ide o \u00farove\u0148 informovanosti, osved\u010den\u00e9 postupy a prebiehaj\u00face sk\u00fasenosti;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vypracovanie usmernen\u00ed, \u0161kolen\u00ed a tr\u00e9ningov\u00fdch produktov, ktor\u00e9 umo\u017enili \u0161kolite\u013eom, poskytovate\u013eom CPD a VET pon\u00faka\u0165 inovat\u00edvne n\u00e1stroje a zdroje organiz\u00e1ci\u00e1m a star\u0161\u00edm osob\u00e1m.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vytvorenie viacjazy\u010dnej elektronickej platformy &#8211; webov\u00e9ho s\u00eddla SASSI Hub and Community &#8211; kde sa m\u00f4\u017eu &#8222;stret\u00e1va\u0165&#8220; a vymie\u0148a\u0165 si sk\u00fasenosti star\u0161\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci vzdel\u00e1vania, poskytovatelia OVP a CPD a mana\u017e\u00e9ri \u013eudsk\u00fdch zdrojov<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rozvoj a podpora certifika\u010dn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, vybudovanie spo\u013eahliv\u00e9ho procesu, ktor\u00fd umo\u017en\u00ed vzdel\u00e1vac\u00edm pracovn\u00edkom sta\u0165 sa poskytovate\u013emi vzdel\u00e1vania zoh\u013ead\u0148uj\u00faceho vekov\u00e9 h\u013eadisko, a to prostredn\u00edctvom zakotvenia pr\u00edstupu SASSI a zodpovedaj\u00faceho rozvoja konkr\u00e9tnych vzdel\u00e1vac\u00edch aktiv\u00edt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SASSI adresovan\u00e9:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u0160kolitelia v oblasti odborn\u00e9ho vzdel\u00e1vania a pr\u00edpravy a CPD;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mana\u017e\u00e9ri \u013eudsk\u00fdch zdrojov<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l\u00edniov\u00ed mana\u017e\u00e9ri s riaden\u00edm \u013eud\u00ed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>extern\u00e9 zainteresovan\u00e9 strany a in\u0161tit\u00facie;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0161irok\u00e1 spolo\u010dnos\u0165.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Koordinovala ho spolo\u010dnos\u0165 Apricot, Loughborough, Spojen\u00e9 kr\u00e1\u013eovstvo, a zapojilo sa do\u0148 sedem partnerov zo \u0161iestich kraj\u00edn (AT, DE, NL, PT, SK, UK). Projekt sa uskuto\u010dnil v obdob\u00ed od 09\/2015 do 08\/2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>SASSI \u2013 Working On<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Silver Age Silver Sage Initiative &#8211; Working On (SASSI-Working On) bol projekt financovan\u00fd z programu Erasmus+, ktor\u00fd prebiehal od 1. septembra 2018 do 31. decembra 2020. Projekt vych\u00e1dzal z v\u00fdsledkov predch\u00e1dzaj\u00faceho projektu SASSI, ktor\u00fd sa realizoval v rokoch 2015 a\u017e 2017 a v r\u00e1mci ktor\u00e9ho sa vyvinul a pilotne overil cel\u00fd rad inovat\u00edvnych strat\u00e9gi\u00ed a n\u00e1strojov odbornej pr\u00edpravy, ktor\u00e9 sa uplatnili v programoch kontinu\u00e1lneho profesijn\u00e9ho rozvoja (CPD) pre zamestnancov vo veku 50+, ako aj v programoch odborn\u00e9ho vzdel\u00e1vania. Cie\u013eom projektu SASSI-Working On bolo vyu\u017ei\u0165 inov\u00e1cie vyjadren\u00e9 v predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facom projekte, pokia\u013e ide o odborn\u00fa pr\u00edpravu zoh\u013ead\u0148uj\u00facu vek, na vytvorenie inovat\u00edvnych metod\u00edk neskor\u0161ieho kari\u00e9rov\u00e9ho poradenstva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Projekt mal tri hlavn\u00e9 ciele:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Roz\u0161\u00edrenie a zlep\u0161enie pr\u00edstupu k profesijn\u00e9mu poradenstvu zoh\u013ead\u0148uj\u00facemu vek, k aktualiz\u00e1cii zru\u010dnost\u00ed a k pr\u00edle\u017eitostiam na z\u00edskanie pracovn\u00fdch sk\u00fasenost\u00ed pre star\u0161\u00edch pracovn\u00edkov, &#8222;ned\u00f4chodcov&#8220; a uch\u00e1dza\u010dov o zamestnanie (vo veku 50+).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rozv\u00edjanie inovat\u00edvnych pr\u00edstupov k poradenstvu pre star\u0161\u00edch pracovn\u00edkov a uch\u00e1dza\u010dov o zamestnanie, podpora prechodu od tradi\u010dnej hierarchickej kari\u00e9rnej dr\u00e1hy k cest\u00e1m kari\u00e9rneho rastu, ktor\u00e9 posil\u0148uj\u00fa sk\u00fasenosti a motivuj\u00fa k vzdel\u00e1vaniu s cie\u013eom udr\u017ea\u0165 si zamestnate\u013enos\u0165 a udr\u017ea\u0165 si zamestnanie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Podpora a valid\u00e1cia neform\u00e1lneho a inform\u00e1lneho vzdel\u00e1vania a kompetenci\u00ed poskytovate\u013eov OVP, \u0161kolite\u013eov, odborn\u00edkov v oblasti \u013eudsk\u00fdch zdrojov a l\u00edniov\u00fdch mana\u017e\u00e9rov pri poskytovan\u00ed pr\u00edstupov k riadeniu kari\u00e9ry\/poradenstva zoh\u013ead\u0148uj\u00facich vek.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u0161etci siedmi partneri projektu so s\u00eddlom v piatich eur\u00f3pskych krajin\u00e1ch (Rak\u00fasko, Belgicko, Nemecko, Portugalsko, Slovensko) mali dlhodob\u00e9 sk\u00fasenosti v oblasti vzdel\u00e1vania dospel\u00fdch, zamestnate\u013enosti, riadenia kari\u00e9ry a talentov, overovania kompetenci\u00ed a navrhovania odbornej pr\u00edpravy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SASSI SASSI bol projekt financovan\u00fd v r\u00e1mci programu Erasmus+.
